Billing options include monthly, quarterly, or yearly with discounts provided on multi-year agreements.

Live 24×7 Help Desk Team: NetXperts Certified Cisco and Microsoft Engineers are standing by 24×7 to deliver technical assistance and share our knowledge base with you when you need it most. When you place your service request via phone or email into our Network Operations Center, you will be received by experienced senior Certified Engineers ready to lend technical support and resolve any network issue. We immediately work on your issue remotely through a secured connection.

Our Service Agreements include the following services:

Remote Support: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, or 24×7 with a 15 minute remote/phone response.

On-Site Support: added to our Remote Support, with a 2 or 4 hour response to your facility.

Cisco SMARTnet Hardware Replacement Contract Support: As a Cisco Gold Partner, NetXperts administers your Cisco SMARTnet Hardware Replacement Contracts. NetXperts will manage the support that will allow the Cisco Hardware replacement to come to your site within the contractual timeframe (four hour or next business day) and at the same time your NetXperts’ Cisco Certified Engineer will meet the hardware on site to install and configure the same day.

Quarterly Health Checks: As part of your service agreement, NetXperts ensures that your network investment is up to date, protected, and checked during our quarterly visit for optimum performance. These visits ensure your network is secure and your IT investment is protected.
